Being an out of state investor, I wanted to work with an agent who has intimate knowledge of the local market. Brian met that requirement as he is a St. Louis native. Brian helped me purchase my first rental properties in St. Louis in early 2023. We had several conversations at the beginning of the process to discuss my lengthy check list to include among others: price range, Capital Expenses, Net Operating Income (NOI), Return on Investment (ROI), property appreciation potential and resale ability.
