ZillowVERIFIEDBrian was absolutely very professional from the beginning of the sales process to the end. We have bought and sold many homes through the years and Brian is one of the best agents we have had. The buyer and her agent were at best very difficult and demanding while assuming our VA mortgage. Brian managed this very difficult situation in an unbelievable manner. Would highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED We couldnt have asked for a better realtor than Brian. Navigating a home purchase from Central Europe while buying in Las Vegas came with a 9-hour time difference, but he made the entire process feel seamless. He was incredibly flexibleaEUR"taking early morning and late-night calls, and even working through vacations and personal time to keep everything moving forward. His professionalism never wavered, and he consistently made sure tasks were completed quickly and efficiently. Communication was always clear, timely, and thorough, which gave us a great deal of confidence despite the distance. We are extremely grateful for his dedication and commitment, and we truly couldnt recommend him highly enough.

ZillowVERIFIED I was referred to Brian by some friends who moved to Las Vegas from Seattle a few years ago. Brian provided fantastic service from beginning to end. Long before I was ready to buy, Brian spent half a day showing me the different neighborhoods and a number of different homes so I could familiarize myself with the market. Once I was ready to buy, Brian provided exceptional service with his knowledge and quick responses. He had a list of contractors and other professionals who helped my transition to being a full time Las Vegas resident. I have worked with hundreds of real estate agents throughout my career in real estate lending, and Brian is truly top notch. I can't recommend him highly enough.

ZillowVERIFIED From the start Brian and his team had our six. His high level of communication, know-how, negotiations and professionalism made the home buying process a breeze. We were able to close earlier than estimated which made us happy. There is no other real estate team for Las Vegans to compare to than Brian. I will be a repeat customer for life.

ZillowVERIFIED This is the third house that Brian has sold for my family. He is responsive, empathetic, tenacious and very knowledgeable about both sides of the business regarding either selling or buying. He is available 24/7 and won't let anything slip through the cracks. In our last transaction, he had to sell my mother's house. Due to my mom's age, I had him deal with me and her separately so I could deliver information first and get her on board. He was a pro at keeping me in the loop so I could keep my mom cool and collected. I would never buy or sell a house without Brian championing our interests!

ZillowVERIFIED We recently worked with Brian to find a home in Las Vegas, and he absolutely delivered. He came highly recommended by a close friend, and its easy to see why. As out-of-town buyers, Brians extensive knowledge of the different neighborhoods around Las Vegas was extremely helpful. He truly went above and beyond, and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for an expert realtor in the Las Vegas area.

ZillowVERIFIED After unsuccessfully trying to sell our home for four months with a different realtor, we switched to Brian. From the moment we called Brian, he made us feel like a priority, displaying superb communication which continued throughout our experience with him. He immediately headed over to our house to give us his thoughts. Due to us having already left the state, he gave us recommendations to get the listing up to speed and sent us picture updates throughout the whole process, before and after work was completed. He was also helpful in getting us in touch with contractors to complete buyer repair requests at a decent price. All in all, Brian had great negotiation skills, is clearly an expert in his field, and did an outstanding job selling our house in a very tough market.

ZillowVERIFIED Brian helped us to purchase a condo, a 1.5 blocks away to the LV Strip. We live about a thousand miles away from LV and the unit is in a probate sale which makes the transaction very challenging. After the only showing we attended, all needed documentation is done remotely. Being in a probate sale, closing date is unpredictable and it took a little bit longer as expected. Brian kept us informed all the progress and paperwork signings in a timely manner. He made sure an inspection report is available, a very an important document to us. Brian made our journey so smoothly from start to end! He is very knowledgeable about the area as a longtime local resident and real estate agent. He regularly sends us real estate updates and news of the area. I would highly recommend working with Brian! Tony & Mila

ZillowVERIFIED Brian was amazing to work with. He was very understanding during the process of selling my Dad's home after his passing especially since I live in Idaho. So, we did this transaction long distance. We worked together to get the best possible price and minimize the outside expenses. It was extra tough for Brian due to the fact that he was working with the buyer's agent who was new. Every time I texted him or called he was very quick to respond. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent is on top of it. Thank you Brian.

ZillowVERIFIED Brian did an excellent job helping me find and purchase a condo while being out of state. He communicated well and listened to all of my wants and price range for my future home. He then sent me listings regularly and made time for the 2 days I was in town to show me all of the available listings I wanted to see. He made the purchase process easy and recommended a good Mortgage Broker. I closed in 3 weeks. I highly recommend using Brian Mercado as your Las Vegas Real Estate Agent!!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I recently had an excellent experience with Brian Mercado. He is probably one of the most professional Realtors I have had the pleasure of encountering. He was extremely knowledgeable about the local real estate market in our area. He knew precisely how to price our home for sale. He lead us through the myriad of underlying requirements for the sale of a home. Brian was always available and monitored each showing of our property until we had a buyer. In short, he was with us every step of the way, guiding us to the final closing. We can't imagine our home selling experience without Brian by our side. Should anyone wish to list their home in the Las Vegas area, you could not find a better person. Thank You Brian!

ZillowVERIFIED We met Brian during our house hunt in Vegas. From the moment he introduced himself, through the entire home purchase journey, Brian was extremely professional, kept in constant communication, helped us navigate through the process and went above and beyond throughout the negotiation. He was quick to respond, whether it was middle of the day, in the evening or even on weekends, he made sure we were always comfortable. We were not familiar with Nevada real estate guidelines, so having a knowledgeable realtor, like Brian, was important. He is the best agent we have ever worked with (and we've worked with quite a few). I would not hesitate to recommend Brian to my friends and family. Thank you, Brian!

ZillowVERIFIED What a wonderful experience we had working with Brian and his entire team on buying our new home as well as, selling our current home. The entire process was so stress free. We actually met Brian about 5 years ago, but due to job transfer out of state we had to postpone our plans to move locally. Over this time, Brian stayed in consistent contact. He kept us apprised of all on going changes in the Las Vegas market. When we decided to move back in a permanent basis, he was 100% ready to help us with our search. He is thoughtful and very patient. He anticipates and strategically manages any obstacles that may be presented when selling and buying at the same time. Both transaction were closed within a couple of weeks from one another. It was truly seamless and a wonderful experience! Thank you Brian!
