ZillowVERIFIEDBrian stuck with us as we made multiple offers on multiple homes in the Lyons area. After many many months of searching we found a place and we put our offer together over the phone while driving back to CA in a snowstorm. Brian helped us secure the property and his experience and understanding of the market was a great benefit.

ZillowVERIFIED Brian and his team are truly excellent professionals and extraordinary at real estate purchases and sales. He quickly found a buyer for my home contingent on the buyers selling their home. He sold the buyers home who then bought my home and then represented me in the purchase of my new dream home. All of this was accomplished within 90 days. Brian and his team are a pleasure to work with and they are my friends. I am really happy to have done business with his real estate firm again. I am amazed with the ease of all of these transactions and the speed with which it was accomplished. A+++ rating from me.

ZillowVERIFIED Brian did an outstanding job helping my wife and I find our first home. He showed us a bunch of great properties, but what really impressed me was how he genuinely understood our current and future needs in order to find us the right home. Communication was great and Brian was prompt in responding at all hours, even on weekends. He was always on time to appointments and helped us navigate the home-buying process. If you're buying a home in the front range area, Brian is your guy.

ZillowVERIFIED Sometimes I have wondered whether I really need a realtor? I recently was preparing to sell a home in Larimer County. Brian contacted me. I was impressed with his experience, knowledge of the market, and representations about what he could do for me. I decided to give him a try. Brian not only delivered on every promise he made, but far exceeded my expectations. Within three days, he had my home under contract for full price. He assisted me with knowledgeable professionals to make prompt repairs during the due diligence contract phase. He arranged for superior title personnel to handle insurance and closing. He kept me informed throughout the process, and the sale closed within 30 days. If you are contemplating whether or not to hire a realtor, I know the right answer: "Hire Brian!"

ZillowVERIFIED I interviewed a few realtors when I wanted to sell my house, Brian was by far the best, he is really personable and put in a ton of effort into getting my house ready to sell as well as promptly answering any questions that arose. He had a genuine concern with supporting my best interest. I was comfortable in telling him my needs even if they opposed his request and he was very considerate of my requests. I would highly recommend Brian. He also he sold my house super quick.

ZillowVERIFIED Brian is definitely a go-getter and he DID sell our house pretty darn fast. We got a good price (what we felt the market would tolerate) and the process went smoothly. He was there to hold open houses when he said he would be and did respond quickly to us when needed. I would recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED Brian was fun to deal with and represented his seller very well even though i was the buyer. He insisted on meeting us to show the property he had listed even though there were communication issues due to the remote location and lack of cell service he prevailed and upon arriving at the property I quickly saw why he persisted in being there as most other buyers would have turned and left. It turned out to be the ideal property and we could not be more satisfied.

ZillowVERIFIED We had been shopping for a house for quite some time and having no luck finding something right for us and in our price range. I met Brian in the Post Office one day and told him we were having no luck. He said, "Don't worry, I'll find you a house!" And within a few weeks, he did! He really applied himself to the task of finding something that we could afford and that we loved. Thanks again, Brian!
