Our first night in our new home, we realized we didn't have any sheets or blankets clean and didn't have a washer/dryer, so Cynthia personally dropped off sheets and blankets for us to borrow! She's been helpful in recommending restaurants, house keepers, gardeners, etc. and her kids have been wonderful baby-sitters and house-sitters for us.
