He handled everything between the listing and closing on his own and kept me in the loop. Brian handled everything including dealing and negotiating with contractors as some work needed to be done. As i had to remove an oil tank, Brian did a spectacular job in handling me, the seller. He explained the issues and convinced me to ahead and do it, even though it was part of the selling agreement. ZillowVERIFIED Due to the pandemic and two people working from a 700 sqft, 1 bedroom apartment, we decided in the summer of 2020, that it was time to purchase a home. Brian had helped me look in the past, when I was considering buying a two family home in Bayonne or Kearny, NJ. Of course, we reached back out and told him what we were looking for and the price range. At the beginning, we didnt know if we wanted a two-family, single-family or a condo. Brian was like, lets go see all three, to help you make the most informed decision. We appreciated that. As first-time home buyers, we werent sure what the right move was for us, but after seeing probably about 30 or more places, it became clear a condo was it for us, at this time.Brian gave us his informed opinion on each place, the pros and the cons of certain areas and what to look for in different properties. Once we found the place we loved, he helped us negotiate the price we felt comfortable with and allowed us the time and space to make the decisions we were comfortable with. That was much appreciated. He also had plenty of professional contacts, in case we didnt know of any mortgage contacts, lawyers or inspectors to use throughout the purchase process.Aside from being very knowledgeable in the space and professional, we greatly appreciated BrianaEUR~s responsiveness and ability to be flexible and strong with the other side when necessary.
