Pat answered all my questions ? and there were many! When I couldn?t be there, he videoed walk throughs of the houses He attended settlement for me and I knew I was in good hands. He was always available and often called just to check in. The first day I was in O.C. to see my new house and couldn?t get hot water or deal with the ?streaming? TV, Pat was my first call and he came right over. Pat is professional, patient and treated me like family. I highly recommend Pat Logue and the entire Anchor Group.

Brian Logue possesses both those traits. Brian listened to what our needs were and matched them to the area(s) of Ocean City that he felt we would be comfortable in. And after seeing neighborhoods we changed some of our ideas and being patient with us he pivoted right along with us. We never felt pressured; he never showed us properties that didn?t match our wish list or price point. He marched right alongside us as our trusted partner ? and then we found the ?one?. During the closing process we had an issue ? a big issue ? come up. Brian advocated for us within the Berkshire Hathaway Fox & Roach all the way up the management chain to the top to make sure we were made whole ? and continues to advocate for us way past our final closing within the company as the issue resolves itself in the next couple years. My house got an offer on Christmas Eve and Brian spent his holiday time getting my house under contract. He was very responsive to any contact and I appreciate him getting back to me right away. I had a bidding war for my current house and Brian suggested writing a letter to owners. This letter was the deciding factor for the owners to take my offer, which was the same as other prospective buyers.
