The first home we had a length process of negotiations after inspections. Brian went to the township to see if permits were obtained for work that was completed. He was always there when I had questions, he was in direct contact with attorneys and inspectors. The sale never occurred due to poor inspection reports. Brian found another home within days that we eventually purchased. He was readily available and answered any questions that we had. He was a pleasure to work with from start to finish.
