He explained every step of the process and he worked with our schedule. The best thing about him is that's hes honest which shows that he really cares. We worked with him for about a year and a half on the new build and we don't have a single complaint. Even after we moved in he still keeps in touch to make sure everything is going well with our new house. I wish there was an option to give him more than 5 stars because he deserves it after the great service we got from him.

ZillowVERIFIED We had been looking for lake property for about a year. Brian had been working patiently with my hubby while we systematically declined 20 or 30 lake places. When we did find a likely suspect, Brian was able to work with us to see a property with about a 10 hour notice. He then helped us prepare and submit an offer on the same day.He was very accommodating in our requests to show the property to our adult children between offer accepted and closing. And then when we did a walk through before closing, I admitted I had no idea what to do! He was very helpful and guided me through the process. The process was seamless and so easy. I'm not that experienced with buying and selling, but I think the process can be problematic. Brian was watching over us every step of the way.

Brian told me that he worked for me and he kept his word. Being out of state we had to do everything by phone, fax, text and email. But he gotta it all done efficiently. I found the perfect twin home to suit my needs. I even got close to my son. I couldn't have asked for a better qualified, kind, respectful or prompt person.
