Unfortunately, Brian was not at all any help in my search for my future home in Florida; he kept showing me homes way under my budget that we were just not interested in. I would have hoped he would have actually listened to what we were looking for other than what he thought would best suit his needs in a home. Hopefully he can learn from this!

We were buying a relatively inexpensive condo in Bradenton from Ohio. Brian walked through them with us on FaceTime to show them to us, offered his assessment of the area, the buildings and relative desirability as rentals. He spent a lot of time and energy with us even though we were not looking at million dollar homes. We highly recommend him and will use him again when we trade up to something a bit bigger and nicer.
