We had previously listed and it didnt sell we really needed it gone right away since we had already purchased a new home and didnt want to carry the mortgage any longer than we had to. He knew exactly how to price it to get it pending but then went above and beyond to help us get thru the inspection and repairs. We closed 20 days from offer in hand and there is just no way I would have been able to get everything done without his help. He called handymen and Plummers to help us get our punch list knocked out in one week! The week before Christmas non the less. He will put in the work to get your home sold.
