ZillowVERIFIED Brian was my realtor throughout the process of selling a commercial property. From the beginning of the process he remained actively engaged. Initially he and I discussed what my timeframe, expectations and goals were for an eventual sale. He was very attentive to my plan, yet not reluctant to voice his opinion and make suggestions when he felt it necessary. Brian was prompt and meticulous when it came to details we had discussed. He was excellent with regard to keeping me well informed and updated on a regular basis throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Brian to anyone seeking a realtor in the future. He will serve you well !

ZillowVERIFIED Brian was fantastic. We started working with him last spring but we did not find what we were looking for. During that time, Brian was very responsive and supportive. He basically knew what we were looking for but the market at that time was not in our favor. We ended up finding the house that we want this year and we ended up buying it. We would not have been able to do that without Brian's help, expertise, and negotiation skills. I highly recommend Brian if you are interested in buying or selling a property. He is basically the one to trust.

ZillowVERIFIED Brian was excellent throughout the whole home buying process! He showed me multiple homes and assisted me in finding the best home for my family. I'm glad I got to go through this process with him by my side. Brian's took me through this quick and with ease. That didnt stop him from taking extra time to explain certain things to me if I didnt quite understand. I would reccomend brian to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home!

ZillowVERIFIED Brian did a great job at communicating with us and hehelped us find a house pretty fast. He was the middle man between us and the seller and it all went very smoothly and quickly. He had recommendations on who to go through for basically everything we needed as well. He was very knowledgeable about the loan we got as well, he knew what we would need for the house to be able to be covered by our loan and he was very helpful in general.

ZillowVERIFIED I am a real estate investor and licensed real estate agent from a different part of the state of PA. I found a property in a small town several hours away from me so I reached out to about 20+ agents in that area. Brian was the only one that answered his phone. No other agent even called me back. He helped me list this property and got it sold, representing the buyer as well. He did what ever it took to get the deal closed. If you have a property in the Oil City or surrounding areas, I encourage you to reach out to Brian and he will get the job done!!!
