Brian is more of a market consultant as opposed to a realtor, he's was able to help me negotiate the best price for purchase, get all of my action items addressed & corrected on the home prior to closing, had an excellent home inspector to prove I was getting a great deal, Brian also put me in contact with various sources for more work I wish to complete on my home. And when I wanted to check out another home after making and offer on one place he wasted no time to make an appointment just to make sure I had my next dream home. This was my 3rd purchase and for the 1st time I didn't have to call my realtor to check on anything, Brian kept me in the loop on every minor detail which I liked very much, this assured me that I was in good hands. Brian was also very aware of the time in the day and knew how to get a hold of me, by phone, text or email, he exercised the best option at all hours so nothing was alarming or discomforting. Come closing day Brian was there to review all documents with me which was also very comforting considering there's so many docs to read and he was able to identify any misprints.
