We could not rent our unit for several months with a different agent. Sage was recommended by a friend and advised us that she would have no problem renting it out. My property had loads of old trucks and trailers and other miscellaneous items and metal etc that needed to be removed in order to close on the sale. Brian was out there with me every single day making it happen! When so many others were unable to get things moved off, Brian got it done! He's a great problem solver and he gets things done! When Brian came into my life, my whole life changed! I now have provision from the sale of my property and hope for a future! This is my fourth property and fourth experience working with realtors, I can comfortably say Brian is the best person for the job.
