Click here!</a> Brian began in real estate in the early 2000's. While a sophomore in college, he purchased his first home and commercial property with a military bonus and personal loan. He continued buying, renovating, renting, and selling as a hobby while in school, military, and then medical industry before deciding to help others buy and sell. During his renovation years, he bought and sold over 30-homes. There he learned what he loved and what he hated about what an agent offers their clients. Before he even considered a career in sales, he had already solidified his expertise and skills in negotiations. Brian's professionalism and expertise are second to his passion for selflessly helping others. He is passionate about protecting his client throughout the entire process of buying or selling a home. Simply turning on lights and opening doors and holding an open house is work anyone can do; Finding a home or buyer for your home, researching, providing resources, strategizing, negotiating, and guiding you along the way as a full-service consultant is how he differs. Locally volunteered with Seattle Works, Seattle OneBrick, Roxhill Elementary, the 45th Street Homeless Youth Clinic, and Seattle Children's Hospital. He now focuses his energy to advocate for Seattle Children's Hospital as a Legacy Advisor and a leadership committee member for Children's NGLA. Nationally, he has mentored at-risk children as an AmeriCorps Volunteer, AmeriCorps/Students-in-Service volunteer, and proudly and honorably served in the United States Air Force where he learned, "Integrity first, service before self, and excellence in all. I literally cannot find a single way Brian could improve. He has helped us buy and sell 5 homes in seattle and has worked around the clock -- including getting us two offers (At asking) on Christmas Eve! He has a top notch team, access to lenders, that work miracles to find you the perfect home or sell your home. He is straight forward, knowledgeable and constantly learning. He understands much more than the average broker since he used to also work in rehabbing houses. No one can compare.

I was referred to Brian through a friend, and he was amazing, My budget was small, but he worked as hard for me as if I were buying a multi-million dollar property. He walked me through every step of the process as I was a first time buyer. He had a number of solutions for every issue, including contractor referrals and advice on upgrades, neighborhoods, and moving in. He understood my priorities even better than I did, and was able to negotiate on my behalf an incredible place. I've worked with other realtors when thinking of moving to different locations, and none were as thorough, available, communicative, nor worked as hard.
