Brian Hollenbeck

I have been a full time real estate agent for 15 years first in WI and now down in the St Petersburg area. I work with buyers & sellers specializing in residential & investment properties working both with single family, mutual family and condominiums. I emphasize personal contact with all of my clients but I do engage a team of professionals including lenders, inspectors, title companies and contractors. Part of our move to FL was the intent to try and "live our best life". I loved WI, the seasons (not winter so much), the people, and all the wonderful relationships we have there. In Florida, the quality of the outdoor lifestyle is just wonderful. The St Petersburg area specifically has such an eclectic feel; from the beautiful beaches to the vibrant life downtown. We are also just minutes away from Tampa across the bay with access to 2 different airports, one in St Petersburg and Tampa International. I so enjoy helping people already here and even more exciting introducing folks from all over to our wonderful community.
