Review This is a long overdue review - exactly a year ago today, I was searching for houses on websites, just in the beginning phases of deciding if I would sell the house I lived in for 17 years and move to one with more space with my family or just stay there. Brian had one of the houses I liked on Zillow, but when I called (right before Thanksgiving 2017) he said it was off market, but to keep him in mind.. I did and so thankful I did. He outdid all the other realtors I interviewed to sell my house. He gave recommendations for my sale and people who could help get it done. I followed them, and the house sold in less then a week. He was always available and there when I had questions. When I was searching for a new house he again listened to understand what we were looking for, protecting us in pointing out the "good and the bad" in the houses from his point of view and ultimately spent his Easter Sunday showing us the house we bought. He truly cares about making your experience through this as easy as possible. You can't go wrong with this guy!

Review Brian is an excellent agent. I had previously listed a home with Brian and just recently we purchased a home with him. On this recent purchase, it was very competitive. When we made our initial offer, the seller had already accepted an offer from another buyer. About a week later, that sale fell through. Brian was on vacation in Asia and called me to let me know the house was available. Brian facilitated the offer from half way around the world and we now own the home! We plan on being in this home for a long time but if something changes we will definitely be calling Brian again.

Review Brian's 13 years of experience come across more like 30. He knows the market and easily gets a good sense for what you're looking for, even if YOU don't! He provides insight on properties that's invaluable when making such a big step like purchasing a new home. Brian was meticulous when it came to spotting key points as he walked us through the homes we looked at, often noting things we wouldn't have paid attention to otherwise. Brian was there even after the contract was written on the home we finally chose, more than willing to (even insistant on) answer any questions or calm our nerves during the stressful parts. I would say I would recommend Brian to my own mother, but her experience with him is actually what caused her to recommend him to me! I would use Brian again without hesitation.

Review Brian did an awesome job at finding me a town house in Naperville. With his busy schedule, he found the time to view homes that I found on line with just a days notice. That's important since that home you find on line today could be gone in a day. He also found homes through networking and would put together a list of homes to view in an afternoon. If I could, I would give Brian 10 plus.
