ZillowVERIFIED I sold my house with Brian they got us full asking price which was amazing. We bought a new home with his associate Ashley Bradshaw she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Kept on top of everything with showings and all the closing details. Both were amazing to work with we would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with many realtors in the past. I felt all of them failed me in a way. I had totally lost confidence in realtors... until we met Brian. Brian not only treats us as clients, but as friends. He truly has your back in the field of real estate. He is very knowledgeable about the areas he covers. He always answers calls and texts. I will definitely be using Brian for future real estate endeavors and highly recommend you do as well.

ZillowVERIFIED A pros pro. Thoroughly competent and attention to detail. He worked ahead of the formal listing and had it circulated among other realtors so when the rising day arrived we had 1 offer in couple of hours and next day a full priced offer as well. This sold and closed a week ahead of schedule. If you want an honest forthright professional Brian is your man.Aaron McNaughton

ZillowVERIFIED Brian was very professional and responsive. I don't live in St. George, but Brian made the sale of my condo there very easy. For example I received a letter from the HOA about the garbage cans. Brian immediately took care of it.

ZillowVERIFIED Brian Hickman is the best real estate agent we have ever worked with. He helped us sell nine townhomes, a primary residence and two vacation homes in the St. George area. We appreciated his expertise in identifying the specific areas in the homes and yards that needed attention to get the highest price possible for each property. He also knew from years of experience what not to repair before receiving an offer from a buyer. Brian is personable and a pleasure to do business with. He does all the little things well like returning phone calls in a timely manner, listening and asking the right questions to understand your wants and needs. Brain is well connected in the real estate industry and brought buyers to us for the townhomes we had purchased as investment properties. He owns investment property in St. George and understands that world. Whether you are buying or selling real estate in the St. George area, we recommend his services.

ZillowVERIFIED Before working with Brian, we worked with other agents, and although the other agents were friendly, Brian showed more concern for our situation on selling our home. He was honest and we felt he did not hesitate sharing any information with us regarding the ups and downs of the housing market. We were happy to work with Brian in selling our home.

ZillowVERIFIED We owned a property in the 55 plus community of Sunriver. The home was rented and as Canadians we could not live there. So when it came time to sell we needed a very good and trustworthy realtor since we were not around at all.Brian did a market survey, showed us other property values and then listed the home.Added complexity was that we owned it in a US corporation an d also had a mortgage on it.Brian found us a buyer at a good price and handled all required paperwork with all agencies involved.Fast and painless transaction Certainly can recommend him for all aspects of his professional services .If I need real estate help again in the St. George area, he is the man

ZillowVERIFIED Brian gets it done! I have been communicating with Brian since 2008 as he keeps me abreast of the market in St. George., Utah. Very knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. He listens to what I'm trying to accomplish in the market and gives me candid feedback as to the marketplace. In 2018, I was ready to sell our rental house and he exceeded my expectations in achieving the selling the price which was was a win/win situation for both buyer and seller. Brian's relationships with other realtors/brokers in the community along with his market knowledge and business accumen in negotiating a fair deal helped get this transaction closed quickly. I would definitely use Brian again.

ZillowVERIFIED Brian is amazing! We had our house on the market with another agent and we were not having any luck and were extremely discouraged and took our home off the market. We decided to relist with Brian and within a matter of days we had an offer our home. His approach to selling to our home was awesome, he listened to our concerns and addressed them and made a marketing plan from there. Brian is extremely knowledgeable, professional and was wonderful to work with. The selling process was smooth and stress free for us! Brian went above and beyond by finding us a realtor in another state where we were purchasing a home, he did the research and interviews for us. I highly recommend him and if we have the chance we will use him as our realtor again.

ZillowVERIFIED We had a wonderful experience with Brian. Moving from California and knowing nothing about the St.George area, Brian was very helpful and knowledgable while showing around. He listened to our needs/wants and provided us with a variety of different options. We were very happy with the outcome and felt like he was very attentive, friendly, genuine, and professional.

ZillowVERIFIED I absolutely loved working with this man!! He was able to help me make a deal with the seller and was able to get me the property I wanted for the amount I wanted to pay. He is very sincere and works very hard to meet all of your needs as a buyer. I have never sold anything but I am sure that it would be the exact same way.
