ZillowVERIFIED Brian Heuser was referred to me by a friend, from the start he guided me through the home buying process step by step. He really listens to what I was searching for and although I thought I was being a little particular and a bit of a drama queen. Brian listens to my wants such as a corner house, wide streets, pool, quite neighborhood, close to shopping centers, freeways, etc. I got exactly what I wanted and needed for my budget! We did the final walk through, and I was not happy that the previous owners did not leave the home in a clean manner and Brian ensured that my new home had a thorough cleaning before I took ownership, and the cleaning service was out that very same day! After closing he still assist me with various vendors to get my new home to perfection and has offered his assistance even after my home closed. I purchased my home in N. Las Vegas near Centennial Hills which is a beautiful neighborhood. Brian also has a great assistant (Haley) which both were very professional and courtesy the entire process, I would recommend them both for any real estate needs!

ZillowVERIFIED Purchasing a home from another state requires finding a realtor who is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and committed to helping their client. These attributes sum up Brian Heuser. We found Brian by searching through Zillow reviews of top realtors in Las Vegas. Brian was one of the few with a perfect 5 rating after dozens of reviews. We started by explaining and sending pics to Brian of exactly what we wanted in a home. Brian then automated the emailing to us of weekly MLS listings that matched our criteria. We looked at houses online like this for about a month (while we were preparing our home for sale). Once we curated the list to about 15 homes, we flew to Las Vegas to meet Brian and see the homes in person. Brian was just as helpful and nice in person as he is online. Over two days, we saw 17 homes. This juncture is where Brian was truly outstanding. His knowledge of the Las Vegas area allowed him to share information that might not be obvious to newcomers such as us. For example, he would explain that a given home looks great but is on a flood plain. Or he would explain why a location might or might not be right for our lifestyle. A couple of times, he noted structural, roof, or foundation problems that we would have overlooked. In the end, we found the perfect house for us and - after being here for a few weeks - are still in love with it. Thanks, Brian, for all you do to help clients find their dream home!

ZillowVERIFIED Brian is a really great agent. I will be recommending him to any friends/family I know moving to Vegas. We were buying from out of state and so had to make frequent trips into Las Vegas to see houses so we basically asked him to mold his schedule around when we could come out to see houses which he always did without any problem. He?s always super flexible and responsive to any weird requests we had. He?s also really knowledgeable about the area and is honest about his opinions. My wife and I were pretty picky about what we wanted and he was really patient with us. He didn?t just try to push us to buy a house which is an issue I?ve had with prior agents; he actually cared that we get a good house for a good price. He?s also very available and easy to talk to; I never have to wait more than a couple of minutes to hear back from him anytime I text him, 7 days a week. Overall a great agent and I highly recommend him!

ZillowVERIFIED Recently we moved to Las Vegas from out of state.. (We know, we know, who hasn?t). Without even pulling the handle of a slot machine we had already hit a jackpot with our realtor, Mr Brian Heuser. The first 7 was how quickly Brian prioritized all the featured we were looking for in our ?Perfect house/home.? The second 7 was how quickly he had a number of houses ready for our review. Brian was right on the money with his selections and we submitted a number of offers. Disappointment began setting in when discovering houses of interest were already under contract or our offer wasn?t the highest. Unfazed, Brian earned the third 7 with his determined attitude. Every day he was ready to show us a couple more houses. With Brian leading the way we did find our dream house and now, with some personal touches, the house has definitely become our home. Like the thousands of slot machines in Las Vegas, there are probably just as many realtors.
