ZillowVERIFIEDBrian and Luke were absolutely amazing in every step of finding our new home. They listened to our needs and took all the details we discussed into careful consideration, anywhere from number of rooms to location to luxuries. Any time a possible home popped up on the market that enlisted some of our needs, they sent it our way to take a look and check it all out.

ZillowVERIFIED She was very helpful and knowledgeable. Made sure we where able to sell our home and to buy our new home with a hiccup of the first buyer pulling out of the sale and finding another buyer within a short time to be able to keep the sale of both houses on time.

ZillowVERIFIED I found Brian on Zillow over a year ago when my husband and I were just casually thinking about buying a lake home. That turned out to be a lucky thing. Brian was honest and extremely knowledgeable about the lake we were considering as well as the real estate market around it. He was patient and responsive and helped us get a deal that worked within our budget in a difficult market. Thank you for making our lake house dream a reality Brian!

ZillowVERIFIED When my father passed away recently, I was in the unenviable position of trying to sell his house from a distance since I live two hours away. Brian stepped in and took care of everything, from securing contractors to do work on the house to finding qualified buyers to taking care of the necessary inspections and all repairs. In short, he was exactly who I needed at one of the toughest times of my life. He is refreshingly honest and incredibly thoughtful and efficient. He kept us posted at every juncture, and he made this process so easy. His local knowledge and expertise were invaluable to us, and he was the perfect realtor at an incredibly difficult time. He sold our house in one day, and I cannot thank him enough for everything he did for us.

ZillowVERIFIED Brian is an exceptionally good and experienced realtor. He was very involved and aggressive in selling our house, and is particularly knowledgeable in all modern marketing techniques including very professional pictures. He made himself accessible and controlled all aspects of the sale, keeping us quickly and clearly informed of every step, but allowing our involvement, at our choice, to be as minimal as necessary. He clearly succeeded in achieved our goals in the sale. Certainly, we recommend him highly.C & J Smith

ZillowVERIFIED If you could design the perfect realtor in some sort of magical 3D printer, Brian Henning is the final product. He is very detail oriented, an excellent communicator, and also just a great person to talk to. He is incredibly knowledgeable, very easy to contact, and he gets the deal done! I was in a very time sensitive situation and very worried where my family would end up living. He helped us find a great house in a great neighborhood and was super easy to work with! He genuinely wants to help you.

ZillowVERIFIED Brian is always ready for questions and help of any kind. Stays on top pf everything you need to know and the next step you need to do.We closed yesterday and he gave us a gift certificate for dinner and then we thought we were getting basement shelving and it did not happen so he brought over two sets of shelves for us to install. Very much appreciated that.

ZillowVERIFIED Highly recommend Brian. He was great to work with for our first house purchase. He was always there to answer our questions and provide us with a realtor's prospective on a houses potential and worth. He is definitely a realtor that goes the extra mile to make sure the buying process goes smoothly and ensures the negotiations are fair and moving forward. As we are closing on our first house, we will definitely be using Brain again for our next home purchase and selling process.

ZillowVERIFIED Brian was friendly and personable from day one. Throughout our home purchase journey he was quick to get back to us about any and all questions. The best part about working with Brian was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. He showed us multiple houses until we found the one. We would recommend him to anyone!
