Showing us listings based on our preferences, setting up appointments to see houses on moments notice, answering any questions at all hours of the day/night. Very knowledgeable about how the market currently is for our best chance at securing a home. Once offer was accepted they were still on top of everything helping out with setting appointments for inspections, water, septic. Finally they were on top of answering anything our mortgage team needed and setting us up with closing. Overall couldnt stress enough how great they did/continue to do. 10/10 recommend

We bought a house and used them in November 2015, then we sold that house in June 2020 to prepare for an international move. They were very responsive and professional. Both Michelle and Brian are great people and they work extremely hard to ensure they provide the very best possible service to their customers. I felt comfortable texting and/or emailing Michelle about any questions I had and she would typically respond within minutes, offering clear and effective input. She helped me through from start to finish both times I worked with her. Whenever we return to the states and are looking to purchase another home, we will most definitely use her/them again!

ZillowVERIFIED He was found by accident!I had a realtor in mind, the one who sold our previous home but Gerrettes responsiveness and quick action to get any information on a house I was eyeing was what made me stick with him! He was so helpful not only in being super quick to get us showings and get us the best chance when putting in our offer, but also being the middle man, if a call to our lender was needed for quotes on possible mortgages, or during the inspections he did it all. The calls , the sending a copy of forms for me before I could even offer. He made the call did the digging. He was amazing! I didnt think being the middle man was a big deal but it took a huge amount of stress off of me and made house hunting way easier. I am very grateful for him helping us obtain our beautiful new home. We saw, closed and moved in less than a month.Amazing! He is pretty funny too!

ZillowVERIFIED We were transfering to the Concord area of New Hampshire from Virginia and had a small window to see properties. We were familiar with New England but not New Hampshire specifically. Brian was referred to us by someone who had a similar moving situation. We put a huge demand on Brian to see as many properties as possible within a few days over a Holiday weekend. He scheduled 7-9 properties a day for 3 straight days and then a day of follow-ups for those we were deciding on. We never worked with Michelle, but it was made clear that she was available if Brian wasnt. Ultimately, we found a house we loved and owe a great deal of the details to Brians hard work.I would say Brians best traits are his stamina, responsiveness and ability to get to know who we are and what we like. Throughout the process, these traits saved us time and helped guide us to the right decision. He was never pushy, and his matter-of-fact way of doing things helped keep things in perspective. We knew what we wanted, and he helped make us see that. By the end, we felt like we were getting great advice from a good friend. Where we purchased was an area that Brian was not intimately familiar, but he never claimed to be more of an expert than he was and always put us in touch with someone who was better suited to answer our questions, and he did a great job negotiating for us given the timeline we had to get things done. Again, and I cant stress this enough, we felt like we had a friend helping us and felt comfortable with his ability to navigate the process on our behalf.It is without reservation that I suggest Brian and Michelle. His professional network and personable nature were everything we needed, and we will be eternally thankful to him.
