ZillowVERIFIEDIt was a great experience to have worked with the Hammond Property Group. Kimberly Calcote is very upfront and brings results to the table. She was aware of our needs during the sale and purchase of our home. Kimberly exceeded our expectations when it comes to a professional and responsive realtor. Before I could ask her something, she had the answer. Kimberly was always ahead of the game and provided us excellent communication between lenders and title companies. I would recommend the Hammond Property Group to all my friends and anybody who wants to sell or buy a home. You wont regret working with Kimberly.

ZillowVERIFIED I have bought and sold multiple homes with Brian over the years. My most recent home was purchased during a strong sellers market. Brian fully prepped me on the best actions and strategy to take to be successful in finding and closing on a home in a market with more buyers than there are listings. With his help, I recently closed on a beautiful property in the perfect location! Thanks Brian!!

ZillowVERIFIED Brian is fantastic! He is so detailed oriented, and presented all the facts so we could make informed decisions. All of our closings couldnt have gone more smoothly, and Brian had a lot to do with that. We will definitely be using him in the near future for our investment properties.

ZillowVERIFIED We have successfully worked with Brian on multiple real estate transactions over the years. This summer we decided to purchase a new construction home. In addition to being a great listing agent, Brian has a extensive background in new home construction and was able to walk with us through all the steps unique to new construction and working with a builder. Whether a traditional listing, buying, or building new, Brian will have you covered!
