Being a first time homebuyer, I was very fortunate to have Brian as my realtor. He answered all questions we had, even when it was not his job to do so. I believe he answered every question I had better than our loan officer and explained step by step what to expect. He never could NOT show us a house, no matter the time or date. As soon as I saw a house, he effectively set the next available appointment to see it. He went above and beyond for us and exceeded our expectation as a realtor. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking, especially a first time homebuyer because he will answer every question you have and walk you through the whole process to keep your mind at ease.
