After one disappointment last summer, Brian promised hed keep his eyes out for us. Very little comes on the market in this area and in our budget. Four months later, Brian brought us an off market opportunity and helped us to negotiate and get a deal done very quickly. Brian also introduced us to a great real estate lawyer, handled our inspection as we were out of town, and helped everyone stay in contact and on track! We would highly recommend Brian!

Brian is extremely knowledgeable of the local housing stocks, market fluctuation and trends, location pros and cons and what makes a good buy with great resale value. He is extremely resourceful, hardworking, responsive, and a skilled negotiator. Most important, what I appreciate most about Brian is that he will advocate for his clients and always put them first. We were in a sale transaction with unforeseen complications (isn't that always the case in the Hamptons!). Brian quickly educated himself, reached out to experts who could be resources, kept us informed no matter how complicated and mundane the details, and went to bat for us. And he never pressured us to go through with any condition that we did not feel comfortable with. It was obvious while some brokers' priorities are to close the sale as quickly as possible even if it means glossing over details either or both parties could regret later, Brian's priority is to find his client a home they would love for a long time. There were times when we looked at houses where Brian seemed to have done more research on the home than the listing broker. Brian might look youthful, but don't be surprised when you find him to be the calmest, most mature and professional person in the room.
