If you are looking for someone who will genuinely care about your likes / dislikes and works real hard to get you into a nice house, then please work with Brian. We got introduced to Brian through word of mouth from 2 of my best friends who purchased a house and they had some great review. I know one of them is extremely demanding and nitpicking and over cautious in his approach, but he was over satisfied, which tells me Brian is an epitome of patience. We used Brian for both buying and selling our house and he did it with such professionalism and close each of these within a 2 week gap, in spite of all the roadblocks, flood zones, appraisals, and other crazy bank requests all with a smile on his face. When he knows his customer likes something he goes above and beyond to get it done for them. But, what made me completely trust Brian, is he does the work like he would do it for his own house. I say this cause, when my wife and I started this process, we almost narrowed down a house which was $90K more than our current place, but the moment Brian new it was not a good buy he wanted to make sure we were aware of everything and made sure we did not end up in a bad place and immediately started a new house search. If he only focused on his commission he could have made us take the other place and said adios. Review I'd like to start this review with stating that I would give Brian 10 out of 5 stars if I could. We first started services with Brian in January of 2017. We were looking at houses with him until April of 2017, but ran into a financial hurdle and had to wait until the following year to resume. Brian was and is always transparent and keeps his clients best interests his top priority, which we deeply appreciated. Brian also has a strong business ethic and personal integrity that we greatly respected as well. He is not the kind of agent that just wants you to buy a house with the highest price so he gets a fat commission check. We had walked into some houses where he pointed out X, Y, and Z faults that made it not worth even looking any further. His experience and knowledge of the market and housing in general came to be a benefit we greatly relied on and appreciated. By July of 2018 we had found and closed on our first home. Brian started off as just our real estate agent, but we closed the deal as friends. I will always recommend him to family and friends, and if we ever sell/buy again, we will ALWAYS use Brain.

Review Brian deserves 6 stars, not 5. He is an outstanding real estate agent! He helped me purchase my first home and provided me with valuable insight and advice. He was very patient and answered of all my questions and was very responsive to e-mails and phone calls. Additionally, Brian went above and beyond by attending additional walkthroughs that were optional because he wanted to be there make sure everything went smoothly. That showed me that he had my back and truly cared about doing an excellent job. He also has great attention to detail and noticed a few items that the inspector didn't catch, which ultimately were fixed before closing. Overall, I am very grateful to have Brian as my real estate agent. I do not have any reservations in recommending him as his professionalism, kindness, attention to deal, and knowledge make him one of the best agents out there. I highly highly recommend him!

Review In today's crazy housing market buying or selling a house can seem like an epic nightmare. In our case we were doing both, and my wife and I knew that we would need a really good real estate agent to guide us through. We talked to a few "big name" local agents and seemed like they were handling a ton of clients and might not be able to provide the focus we were looking for. I travel for work and knew that I would not have a lot of time to deal with multiple people and follow up with an agent. When we talked with Brian it was clear that he was going to be very dedicated in working with us on the both the sale of our house and the purchase of our future home. Brian exceeded all of our expectations. What we liked about Brian: -We dealt with Brian - Not Brian's helpers or assistants -Listened...to both of us and really took time to understand what we wanted -Respectful of our time - We didn't see a bunch of crumby houses and waste time. He did his homework and we saw houses that were relevant -Communication - Lights out! He was always accessible through e-mail, text and phone. -Knowledge - Like a boss! He knew the areas, the schools and was very honest and forthcoming about the pros & cons of each area. -Keeps his cool - and helps you keep your cool! Things pop up and he was always there to talk us through options and our best path forward. -We were part of the strategy - He didn't go rogue on us. Brian talked to us and solicited our input through negotiations and all decisions. I can keep going, but all the reviews on Brian say the same thing. He is a solid agent to work with and he will make the buying and selling experience as simple and painless as possible. We couldn't be happier with the outcome of our sale and our new home!

This was my first time buying plus relocating back to the Chicagoland area so it was definitely an overwhelming experience, but Brian was there every step of the way to help walk me through it and I cant express how Thankful I am for all did. From start to finish he was extremely professional, attentive, responsive, knowledgeable, flexible, and just all around great to work with. I was traveling in from 2+ hours away and Brian carved out large blocks (sometimes an entire day) of time for me to view houses on Fridays, Saturdays, and even Sundays, which was invaluable. He was able to compile a list of potential properties for us to see within a short period of time. Review First off, let me say that I'm a real estate investor and have worked with a few real estate agents. However, when I was looking for a personal home, I wanted to work with someone new that specialized in residential & had knowledge about fixing up houses. Hence, I chose to work with Brian. Let me say that it was a great decision we made and it was an ABSOLUTE pleasure working with Brian Gentzle! I could NOT have asked for a better realtor. A couple highlights: 1) Brian responds fast, which I loved. You can text him anytime and he got back ASAP or said "I'm on it." 2) The suburbs we were looking in are older suburbs so many homes needs updating. Brian was greatly helpful in this aspect because he could tell me how much it cost to replace an entire kitchen, siding, windows, etc. Hence, I was able to run my numbers pretty fast to see if we could afford it or not. Note to the public: WIth Brian, you won't feel intimidated with buying a house that might need fixing up. He'll not only help guide you, but he'll also share vendors that can help fix up a house. He'll also warn you to stay away from houses that need to much fixing up or that look troublesome for the future. I loved that part about Brian! 3) We were actually uncertain in the area we wanted to moved and looking at multiple house in 3-4 different areas (Schaumburg, Hoffman Estates, Palatine, South Barrington). We probably saw 20+ houses and Brian was great throughout the entire process. He was VERY patient and never rushed us at any of the showings. He always took time to talk about the houses to us and give us his honest opinion. One time, his 9 month pregnant wife was waiting in the car while he was showing the house and he didn't even tell us that she was there. Only after we left the house (and we were there for a while looking at it), we found out that she was in the car the entire time! Of course, I have to give credit to his wife who I found out is also a realtor to be quite patient as well. She never called him once to tell him to hurry up! Now, what more can you ask for in a Realtor? Overall, Brian was fantastic and I would recommend anyone use him. In short, I found Brian to be patient, communicative, & very knowledgeable about houses. Oh did I forget to mention that he knocked off 25k off the list price on the house we finally went with only my initial offer. Brian is solid and I'll take any phone calls from Brian's potential clients that want a phone conversation to back it up. Note: I own several properties and there are a bunch of real estate morons out there who just say "every house is great," because they just care about turnover. Brian knew that we were NOT IN ANY rush to buy a house. In fact, we had 2 years to still buy a house before our kid started school, and we still received the same importance from Brian as any other client would that is looking to move in a short time frame. That was very respectable considering that Brian really didn't even know if he would get the sale from us or not over 2 years. And personally speaking, I'm sure he may have thought that we would have gone elsewhere if we didn't find anything good, but he still always gave 100% service. The fact is that we would NOT have changed realtors even if we didn't find anything this summer. Luckily we found our house and were able to buy from Brian. Ok, that's long enough of a review and I normally don't write these, but do for good hearted people!

I am a single mother with a very demanding job and not much time for house hunting, Brian did absolutly all of the leg work before scheduling my showings. He provided me with countless listings to view, and really got a great sense of what I was looking for! I really appreciate all of his input and countless hours to find me the right home in the right school district at an awesome price.
