We had been looking for a home for over a year and ran into Brian at an open house in Milton. Before leaving he asked us what we thought. We told him this wasn't the one. Brian was so helpful. I'm a repeat client, and messaged Brian 2 days before some open houses. He called me right away and walked me through his thoughts on the properties and the neighborhoods. Even though he was out of the country, Brian worked with us and his local network so we could submit our offer with 4 hours of seeing the property. He was helpful and responsive during the bid process, as well as the inspection and closing - working with the Sellers agent to help negotiate the transfer of some appliances and furniture. He also shared some resources for local contractors and hot tips as we settle into our new town.
