Throughout the sale, Brian and Doug showed themselves to be consummate professionals. Certainly, they impressed me with their ability to carry the ball and focus on the most important things. They did those things and did them well! One of my concerns was knowing the local market and handling those inevitable "surprises" that come up. Brian and Doug handled those concerns both quickly and efficiently.

ZillowVERIFIED For the past couple of years, I have received in the mail, a copy of the periodic newsletter from Brian Flynn.Although when I first started receiving the newsletter, my wife and I were not in the process of selling our house.When the time came that we were going to sell, I contacted him because I was so impressed with his newsletter....After speaking with him on the phone, I knew that he was the person that I wanted to sell our home.He was very knowledgeable about the process and has great communication skills, and always keep you informed, on a day to day basis.Once he listed the house it sold within a two week period.He makes you feel very comfortable and gives you all the attention needed to selling your home.He has the gift of making every client feel special.If I could rate his all around service and knowledge, I would give him a perfect "10".....................He also has an associate in his office named Douglas Santos, who was very helpful, as well.

Our house sold for more than we were asking and my wife and i could not have been happier. Brian also assisted us with the purchase of our new home and the process again was very seamless. He and his team were always extremely pleasant to work with and we were very happy with our experience. He helped make the process smooth and educated us a lot as first time home buyers. Some time after we had moved out of state we decided to part with our home, and we reached out to Brian again. He provided us solid advice throughout the entire process and always had my best interest in mind. Being out of state, we relied a great deal on Brian and his team.
