He has blended his artistry as a photographer with his superb understanding of real estate, and this resulted in a completely stress-free and efficient home sale for us. His photographs of our property were brilliant, including the drone photos. After he posted our listing, what we thought would result initially in a few looks and maybe a couple of home tours actually resulted in over 1000 views on Zillow in the first week and multiple offers, one of which we accepted. I was able to ask a million dumb repetitive questions as a first-time seller without feeling like I was wasting his time or like he had to stoop down to my level to pat me on the head. His advertising, photos and video for my house were a head above all other realtors in the area. I was out of state while selling and Brian literally watched my house like a hawk-- always touched it up before he showed it, and was constantly calling/texting me with updates on what was happening and things I should consider/be aware of. Brian was constantly on top of things which gave me so much ease in knowing things were being taken care of. I needed a "Go-getter" and someone who could speak my newbie language-- Brian was a HUGE win in that regard. If I ever needed a realtor again in that area, he would be my first contact--hands down.
