ZillowVERIFIED This is the second home I have used Brians help to acquire as an out-of-state buyer. I cant stress enough how valuable he was in showing me homes both in person and over FaceTime all around the Phoenix area. I recently purchased a home in Scottsdale and not knowing exactly what we were looking for, or in what area, he must have shown us 30-plus homes over a 12-month period and logged hundreds of miles in the process. When we finally determined the area we wanted to live he found us the perfect house in what was an unbelievably tight market as a buyer and pushed through the deal in less than 30 days after being told we couldnt close that quickly! Hes without doubt the best agent I have ever worked with; patient, understands what you want and doesnt try to push something else, ethical and doggedly-determined to act in your best interests and close the deal! Would highly recommend him to anyone who is buying or selling; great guy to deal with!!

ZillowVERIFIED I have been trying to find the right words to write this review for a long time...... Partly because Brian is a extremely rare find. He is a fantastic realtor and I think after doing multiple transactions with him for the past 8 years, that we are friends now. Ive used his services to purchase a home, to help me lease and manage a rental property, to sell a home, and my mother has also had him represent her in purchasing her home. We were lucky enough to find him when we bought our first home in Lakewood in 2009. He made the process of buying a foreclosed home extremely smooth and hassle free and had referrals for everything from pool services to painters, electricians and everything in between. Professionals that I continued to use and recommend myself. When we sold our home 8 years later there was no other person that I would have trusted to get the most value from my home. He worked as if he was selling his own house. Constant contact - including answering my call while he was on a camping trip! - to discuss the market interest and movement and plans to generate more market interest. Its very stressful selling a home. Emotional. Brian was always there to listen and assure me. I honestly dont know what I would have done without him. Brian has incredible market insight, knowledge of trends and endless patience and energy. He is hard-working but is not high pressure and works in your interests - not his own. He will never push you to do something you are uncomfortable with. You are the boss and you make the call - but his recommendations and suggestions are spot-on so it pays to listen to him. And that home purchase that he represented for my elderly mother? He calls her and checks in on her since I moved out of state to see if she needs anything between my visits. What other realtor cares about his clients like that? In my next real-estate deal in Ahwatukee there is nobody other than Brian Flatley that I would eork with. Nobody.

He helped us navigate our options even ones we may not have considered previously. He negotiated well and kept us informed. The lender that we used had some discrepancies in numbers but Brian made sure to help us know what to expect and make some of the phone calls for us to keep everything moving along. If we should ever move again hes the only realtor we would ever use. We bought our first house with him in 2011. It was an amazing experience. He then listed that house for us sold it within a week and Helped us get into the new neighborhood that we wanted in 2015. The options below dont reflect all of that so this is added for more detail.
