Review I can't thank Brian enough for his help in getting my house sold. I used to be a mortgage consultant and have worked with a lot of realtors- Brian is by far the best I've ever worked with. He is hard working, responsive, and most importantly he will listen to what you're trying to accomplish and actually execute on those goals. I had a unique and difficult situation where tenants were living in the property I was trying to sell and I did not want to displace them which definitely limited the buyer pool. We had a lot of ups and downs through the process with a couple of potential buyers falling out but Brian always kept his composure and had a back up plan. Ultimately her persevered and got the house sold under the conditions I asked for and within a reasonable amount of the original selling price. I would not use any other realtor in the future and am thankful for having crossed paths with Brian.

Review I met Brian by chance at an open-house in Ranch Cucamonga, I wasnt really prepared to purchase for at least 2-3 months, but he assured me that starting the process was a good idea if I was going to purchase soon. I talked with my wife and from that point forward he setup multiple homes for us to view until we found the right home for our taste. We made an offer based on his recommendation, luckily it was excepted. I'm a first time homebuyer, therefore I was a little intimidated about the entire process, but Brian (with the patience of Job) was extremely helpful in explaining each step until we felt comfortable. If youre looking for a knowledgeable, professional and all around nice guy look no further. Brian is the perfect person to help you.

Review We are so glad we ran into Brian. He helped us from start to finish and went out of his way to see that we got our dream house. When the seller moved out and left the house an absolute mess, Brian stepped on and hired his own cleaning crew and paid for everything. Even after closing, we had trouble with our garage door but there was Brian again on a Saturday night to help us with our garage door. Brian is super knowledgeable and knows a lot of people so he was able to hook us up with a lot of stuff we needed for our house. I would recommend Brian any day to anyone. Review Brian is fantastic! We were first time home buyers with a very heavy load of questions and concerns. Brian was always responsive and available. We put in a number of offers on different homes meeting our criteria over the span of several months, so he had his work cut out for him. Although in many cases we were out bid, he finally found us our home. He sent the listing the day it hit the market, and we were viewing it that same evening. He got our offer together within a couple of hours, and it was accepted the next day. He remained in constant contact through the closing process, and was a true advocate pertaining to our rights. If we choose to sell in the future, he will be our first choice.
