I was going through a divorce with an ex that refused to sell, or leave the house a whole YEAR after the divorce was final. Brian became my court appointed real estate commissioner. He guided me through the process of taking position of the home, and helped me navigate the substantial damage my ex had caused. He had contacts to help with necessary repairs. He went above and beyond even installing a garage window for me to stop the HOA fines monthly. He spend a few hours with me running the numbers and advised me of my best course of action. We sold quickly, at an optimal amount, allowing me to move on with my life. He had to deal with a very challenging, unwilling to sell ex, and did so with so much grace. If you are thinking of using Brians services - do it!!!! Hes very knowledgeable, knows the valley and the housing market, and actually cares about you as a person.

ZillowVERIFIED Brian was relentless in finding the perfect home for us- despite the fact that we were out-of-state buyers, in a horrible buyers market. While were still out-of-state, Brian would tour and video homes for us to see. Once we were local, he spent countless hours every weekend showing us properties (with a toddler in tow). He was always available and always honest. By the end, I think that Brian knew what I wanted better than I did. In fact, we put an offer in completely sight-unseen because we trusted him that much. We ended up finding the perfect home, at a price that was below our max budget (unheard of in this market). I honestly miss seeing him every weekend! He will be our realtor for life.

Then we used Brian to find 9 rental properties! Rental property is a different process than a personal home and Brian was an EXCELLENT resource to identify successful rental areas and appropriate neighborhoods. We were buying just as prices we rapidly increasing. In all of our transactions, Brian was very efficient, very responsive and was able to navigate and negotiate successfully in a very competitive market. I just wish he could have helped us sell our properties in Portland!

We selected Brian after review of other realtors and never regretted that decision. This guy is on it, every detail is taken care of. Neither of us had previously sold a home before so Brian guided us through the process. Home sold in less than 24 hours and offer was over asking price. Buying process was just as easy. Found a home we wanted 2 days before he was due to go on vacation. He made the deal happen and got $10,000 off the asking price. You can't go wrong with Brian, he knows what he's doing. Everything he said would happen during the whole selling/buying process did and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!!

He took his time to explain the home buying process to us and helped us tremendously in making the best decisions. He pointed out defects in homes that we would never have recognized as first time buyers - that meant a lot to us as it showed he had our best interest at heart and wasn't just there to sell us just ANY home. The market was very competitive when we were buying and when our home came on the market, Brian met us out there late into the evening so we could move quickly on the offer. Despite the market, Brian was able to negotiate the price of the home favorably for us and closed the deal! Since then we've sold that first home with Brian's help. He helped us to clean-up and stage the home to make it desirable for prospective buyers and his insights helped us to price the home for more than we thought we might get and it sold quickly! We set out searching for our next home and Brian took the same care he did with us the first time around - pointing out things we wouldn't notice, helping us estimate what repairs might cost us and helping us to feel really good about our final decision.
