ZillowVERIFIED Because of how awesome Brian was, he has ruined all other realtors for us. Buying or selling a house is extremely stressful, especially when you are doing them at the same time. Having to constantly contact your realtor to make sure they're doing the work they said they would would've put us over the top. Luckily with Brian we NEVER had to do that! He was behind the scenes grinding away to make the experience less stressful and frequently emailed us answers to questions before we even had to ask. He was always game to meet us last minute to look at new houses that came on the market, frequently even within the hour. There is no way that we would be in our Canton dream house now without him fighting for us and his expertise on writing a great offer.

At every stage of the process, Brian was extremely knowledgeable and shared this knowledge with us in a clear and helpful manner. He was always available to us when we needed him, always on time with appointments, and always friendly and lively. It was a fun experience. I was very impressed that Brian had significant knowledge of all the stages of the process. He knows Baltimore intimately (and I believe serves some areas outside of Baltimore as well), so he was able to direct us to just the right neighborhoods for us. He was extremely helpful in explaining the dynamics of the negotiation process, so we were able to secure a good deal. He quickly scheduled all the experts we needed, including a home inspector, a masonry person, a termite inspector, etc. This all went smoothly with very little effort on our part. Brian was also knowledgeable about the closing process and worked closely with the title company so that the closing was quick and efficient. Finally, Brian is just a good guy. I would not think of using anyone else to buy a house in Baltimore.

He was able to find me a home in the competitive Patterson Park neighborhood under my price point and gave me recommendations for qualified/licensed professionals to make some improvements. These people have all shown great integrity as well. Brian sincerely cares about his clients and goes above and beyond what I considered his job expectation. He was in contact regularly (even while away on vacation) sending me needed or just helpful information. I barely had to do more than sign on the dotted line at closing. Selling my NY home wasn't nearly as simple. Brian has continued contact, with little reminders and suggestions to ease the moving in process. I have the unique situation of living on the other side of the globe in Asia with a 12 hour time difference, and he was fully accommodating, taking and receiving calls at odd hours. He also went the extra mile to ensure the house was in the best possible shape to elicit maximum value from the sale. Trying to list and sell a home from the other side of the world is not easy, but he made it as smooth and painless as possible. Definitely a first class realtor. Also to note, he is the realtor that sold me the house in the first place - and was honest about everything, including the fact that I'd have to do some roof repairs at some point (many would not have mentioned anything). It was this honestly along with his good nature and friendly attitude that lead me to use his services to sell the same home 11 years later.

I went through three other realtors before I happened to stumble across Brian because a friend met him when she was trying to scout out a house for me. I had two days to try and find a house (I flew in because I was living over a 1000 miles away). Brian literally met me as soon as I got off the plane and we got things going! I know one of my fears as a women is that someone will try and trick me or bully me into making a decision... I honestly think Brian was bullying everyone for me making sure things were done the way I wanted. My favorite part about working with him however, was that he would point out the bad stuff so I knew exactly what kind of a financial commitment I'd be making. I honestly have nothing bad to say about working with him. Brian was honest, punctual, professional, INCREDIBLY knowledgable about the area, and just fun to talk to as we were driving around the city. I'm writing this review after closing, and Brian has still been helpful with making sure that the seller's realtor is taking care of all the other things that he needed to. If you haven't found a realtor, you really should stop looking. Brian is the best! The home buying process was seriously a breeze! Brian is the most amazing realtor I have ever met!
