Brian was a great real estate agent. He was patient (my search for a home took more than 6 months), available at all times, knowledgeable about the local real estate market, and very well-prepared for everything that came up. I was impressed that Brian was willing to put my finances ahead of his own--when asking for concessions, Brian recommended that we ask for a reduction in the purchase price because it would lower my taxes, even though that would reduce his own commission.
