ZillowVERIFIED Brian was our realtor when we first moved back to Pittsburgh a few years ago. We had to sell a house in Maryland and were limited to looking at houses on the weekend. Brian was constantly on the look out for houses we might be interested in and he was supremely patient with us as we considered homes in different neighborhoods. This past May we decided to sell the Mt Lebanon home and move into a city neighborhood with more walkability. Brian marketed our home prior to listing , he provided invaluable advice regarding what we needed to do to get top sales price and it worked! We had multiple offers within 3 days of listing. Buying in a sellers market was a challenge because inventory is so low and buyers were competing in ways we were not fully comfortable - things like forgoing inspections and offers with no sale contingency. Again Brians knowledge of the different neighborhoods and how houses were selling in each place was spectacular. Brian is that rare person who can sell without being pushy, he is knowledgeable without being preachy, and above all he is honest and his word is gold.

ZillowVERIFIED So I just scrolled through all of Brians previous transactions on here and discovered that the home we just closed on was his second-lowest in terms of dollar amount. Nevertheless he didnt treat us any lesser than in terms of importance even though his commission from the purchase of our first home was minuscule. Brian was very informative and made some quick suggestions that totally saved the sale for us!For example, as soon as we fell in love with a home with an odd floorplan (ktichen in basement) Brian knew from prior experience that our chosen lender would be possibly unlikely to finance the purchase for us. He immediately made a referral to another loan officer, and she had us pre-approved and then ultimately approved quickly. As other offers came in on the property we wanted to buy he recommended we type up a heartfelt letter to the seller. We did just that, and it was the reason why we were chosen over a competing CASH offer! Brian also referred us to an inspector who did an EXCELLENT job. We were cleared to close far ahead of schedule, too. Overall this process was unbelievably fast. We will definitely enlist Brian again as our agent if and when we decide to sell our new home and purchase a new one!
