ZillowVERIFIED Brian was great to work with. We bought our house through Brian 22 yrs ago and chose him to sell our house 22 yrs later. It was listed on a Friday morning, had several showings the same afternoon and we had a contract on the house 3 days later. Brian and his staff made sure to keep us up dated on everything through the entire process. We are very happy with Brian and his staff.

ZillowVERIFIED Brian handled our sale like he does all of them. The team went all out and was always there to answer questions. They made this sale as easy as it could be. Brian handled the sale 22 years ago when we bought the place and jumped into it this time and made it happen. Thank you to the Advanced Real Estate team.

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend this real estate company! In selling my house, they expertly handled numerous challenges: a slow market; a potentially damaged roof; a need for interior painting, new carpet, exterior power washing, and other repairs; an exterior water supply line that burst; and the usual continuous bank requests and delays. Prior to listing, the realtor Brian Cook identified and oversaw needed repairs by a cadre of responsive and reasonably priced subcontractors. When an underground water supply line burst from sub-zero weather, Brian grabbed a shovel and personally dug down 5 feet to locate the leak! When the lenders inspector cited damage to the roof, Brian engaged two separate roof experts to inspect and establish that the slight damage was due to normal wear. Brians realty partner Kindra Brown worked alongside him interacting with all parties, handling the paperwork, and keeping me fully informed of every step in the process. In summary, Advanced Real Estate Advisors did a wonderful job in selling my house!

ZillowVERIFIED Brian and Kindra are a top-notch team! They endured a very long season of looking at properties on and off with us and helped us move quickly to get an offer accepted once we found the right place. They were able to help us get a fantastic offer on our house before pictures were ever even posted and the closing was smooth and on time. We appreciate and recommend them if you are selling or buying.

ZillowVERIFIED Brian and Kindra have been life-savers for me. They worked tirelessly to help me appropriately price my home, deal with issues that came up on the inspection, and offered suggestions (which in retrospect, were spot on) on how to most effectively market the home to potential buyers. As I have told them, they are not typical realtor estate agents, but more like superhero relators. These two should were capes to work!

ZillowVERIFIED We recently purchased a house using Brian and it was a great experience. We were first time home owner that didnt know a whole lot going into it. Brian explained everything and was up front and honest. He listened to what we were looking for and what suited out large family. He was available to take calls and to take us to look at houses all time. I know he is a very busy man and has a lot of other customers, but it felt like we were his only ones and he was super committed in getting us in the RIGHT home, and not just any thing to get a sale. We appreciate all his hard work and would highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED Brian had the listing on the home we were interested in buying, after calling him on the property listed the process went so fast and smooth. He had both our property and the new property in contract within 24 hours. He and his staff where available every time my wife and I had any questions or concerns. The process was one that normally can be hectict or stressful but thanks to Brian and his team it was a anything but that. I would recommend them 100% for anyone interested in buying/selling any type property.

ZillowVERIFIED What a whirlwind 46 days! I can?t imagine going through this process (buying and selling) without Brian and Kindra. Both were extremely professional and supportive. They really listened to what I needed and went out of their way to be accommodating; Brian even crawled under my house to alleviate an issue! It was a pleasure to work with them.
