ZillowVERIFIEDThere are a number of uncertainties in the current real estate market and the process for buying a home can be long and arduous. Having Brian in our corner every step of the way made the experience a great one for our family and eliminated a lot of the stress associated with buying your first home. He is extremely responsive, knowledgable, and had our families best interest in mind right up to the close. We could not be happier and I would strongly recommend Brian if you are looking to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED We had the pleasure working with Brian to sell our home. He provided excellent service from the beginning of the process to well after the closing. While selling a home can be a very stressful, Brian put us at ease and helped us remain calm and comfortable through it all. We felt very confident in partnering with Brian.Brian is very professional and did an in-depth market analysis to help us determine a selling price. He marketed our home and set up showings within hours of our home going on the market. Within a couple of days, we received several offers.Although we encountered a few bumps along the way, Brian remained calm and confident and in turn we stayed positive through the entire process. He definitely has your back in all negotiations and will work endlessly to get what he believes is the best deal for you. He went the extra mile to make sure we were happy and content.Brian was very patient and responsive to all our needs and was always available to communicate even on the weekends and late evenings. He always checked in with us if we needed anything or if we had any questions or concerns. His professionalism, personality, responsiveness and his ability to close the deal was outstanding. He is also well-connected and very knowledgeable. We highly recommend Brian without any reservations.

ZillowVERIFIED Brian was always available to us when we needed him day or night! He was very responsive to our texts or phone calls. He wanted the house that was the best FOR US! At the end of our deal, he had to negotiate some terms and prices for us & we never felt like we would lose the house because we trusted him & he did everything in his power. Being a family man himself, he was great with our son when we had to bring him along to see a house aEUR" and as a parent, that helped the process go even smoother. We are so thankful & would recommend him to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED Brian has great energy and is very responsive and a good negotiator. We like to give young people opportunities and Brian came thru as the house sold in about 2 months. We are convinced that Brian sold the house at the last open house we had by doing a great job of selling the location, the improvements made and great neighborhood.

ZillowVERIFIED We were so fortunate to have used Brian when making the move to Newtown. As our Realtor, he helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. He was patient, he was realistic and ALWAYS answered the phone. What really stood out to me with Brians approach was his genuine interest in making sure we were informed through the entire process. No waiting games, no wondering...and as a client I cant express how appreciative I am for that. In short, he was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. Having been represented by other realtors in the past, i would highly recommend him to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED I met Brian at an Open House last Sunday. He was absolutely amazing -- knowledgeable, personable, energetic, and most important, not frantic to make a sale. Meet him and you will feel that you have known him a lifetime. His best quality is that he really listens and just has an excellent sense for what you would want and does not try to "sell" you alternatives. While I did not buy a home yet, I certainly will contact Brian when I do. He has my complete trust.
