About Brian Byrd

I started selling real estate in the Denver metropolitan area in 1987 and moved to Montrose in 2006 to slow down and retire from real estate and go into the appraisal business. Ironically I am working harder now than in my entire career, but the old saying of 'Do what you love and you will never work another day of your life' holds true with me. I have tried many things in life, but for whatever reason real estate seems to be my calling. I have been very blessed in this business and have many past and present clients that mean the world me and I would truly be honored to have the opportunity to represent you with all of your real estate needs. I was originally drawn to Brian by the fact, aside from your normal agents, he is a broker and an appraiser as well. Brian lays out in clear terms the value of a house. And why you should or shouldn't buy a property. He is easy to work with knows the market extremely well. Always responsive to to calls and questions. Don't ever retire Bryan for if I ever need to sell or buy again you will be first person I call.
