I started selling real estate in the Denver metropolitan area in 1987 and moved to Montrose in 2006 to slow down and retire from real estate and go into the appraisal business. Ironically I am working harder now than in my entire career, but the old saying of 'Do what you love and you will never work another day of your life' holds true with me. I have tried many things in life, but for whatever reason real estate seems to be my calling.
