We interviewed three other agents, but ultimately chose Brian's team after our initial conversation. He was knowledgeable, experienced, and straightforward about his process and next steps. In addition, we received very strong recommendations from friends and family. Brian and Molly were our guides, gurus, and gladiators. Brian guided us through each step of the way. We told him that this was our first time, so we'd like to take it step-by-step and understand every phase. Brian was very patient with us and happy to answer any questions we had. "What direction is the home facing? How's the sunlight during the day? Does the location have good feng shui?" These were all items we would have never thought about but was great perspective when viewing homes. My wife was six months pregnant at the time and we lived 2 hours away from our desired cities. We had some appraisal issues that he was quick to address - late night correspondence and weekend communication.
