We talked and they gave input on recommended prices and strategies...we coupled this with our own expectations and worked out something we both thought might be worth a try as we did NOT have to sell... Long story short...we had multiple serious inquiries and a few offers finally getting a cash offer once again with Brians team....I believe in less than 45 days. I have since recommended them to friends who have also tried to sell a home with no buyers...and then again within 45 days had a buyer and closed when they were ready to give up with previous realtor. Give Brian and his team a try...you will not be disappointed. They will NOT initially list your house at a very high price point just to get your business and then drop it significantly to get a sale later...through my research and experience...the homes sell for 95% of initial listing or better. My last home sold for my asking price... Great experience, great team!

Tony mapped out a strategy for selling our home and explained ALL the steps necessary in the sale of our home. He answered ANY question (and there were plenty!) we had and put our minds as ease!Tony was very caring in pointing out how best to make improvements in order to make our home as warm and peaceful to the buyers as it had been for us. As an agent myself I did a lot of research prior to reaching out to Brian and found him to be very well qualified. This is where it gets sticky. My aunt passed before we could close. We pulled the property off the market, and had to deal with probate court in SC. Brian regularly checked in, but more importantly he helped us through it. He referred us to people, attorneys, helped us when we needed deeds and documents. Now I don't know if you've ever had to deal with probate court or not, but let me tell you please God avoid it like the plague. LOL.I look 20 years older and have to see a stylist to get my grays covered regularly now. 1.5 years later, and about 15 pounds heavier, I relisted with Brian and his amazing team. He got us multiple offers, and $15-$20k more just one year later. When I say as an agent that this deal was the deal from hell, it's an understatement. LOL. The buyers agent was all over the place, the lender couldn't get it together, and we had ultimately decided that God himself had decided this property wasn't going to close... Brian, and his team of lovely staff, Ashley and Lynn to be specific, fought for us, represented us to the fullest, and got us to a close. Though it was a tough two years, and we experienced so much loss and unhappiness, Brian and his team brought this deal to a close in the most professional manner possible. I have in my experience as a Broker not seen many agents/teams with the level of dedication and expertise this group has. Please use them. They'll get you to a close, and have you giggling along the way! ;-)

After the initial meeting, I tried to contact him multiple times with NO RESPONSE. I guess our meager budget was not worth Mr. Beatty's time. Frankly, I don't think he is worth your time. I almost forgot about this until I saw his name on Zillow and thought my experience should be known.
