Brian Beasley

Brian Beasley currently serves as a Broker Associate with Davis Properties of Northwest Florida and is the Team Leader for The Beasley Group. Brian is a graduate of Auburn University and began his real estate career in 2003. He was licensed as a Broker in 2005 and began work full time in real estate sales with a boutique luxury firm. Brian helped grow that company into a Century 21 franchise, which they later sold to Coldwell Banker. After several years of working as a Previews agent (luxury designation), Brian decided to join forces with Engel & Volkers to open the Destin shop and the 30A Beaches shop. In 2019 Brian decided to join Davis Properties to solely focus his attention on sales and working with his clients. In addition to his sales experience, Brian has worked as a manager, recruiter, and trainer. He prides himself in always continuing his education in the ever-changing real estate market. When asked what has been the secret behind his success, Brian replied "It all boils down to simple business basics: Honesty, education, great ethics, and dynamite customer service". On a personal level, Brian has a wife and two young boys. He coaches Little League baseball in South Walton. He also spends a great amount of time in the outdoors, especially on the water where he loves to boat and fish. Brian has also been a musician for most of his life and it's not uncommon for him to make an appearance on guitar or mandolin in some of the local hot spots.
