Brian is an incredible Realtor, and I highly recommend him. He helped us buy our new home, and made sure everything in the transaction happened the way it should. Since this property was an estate sale, he stayed on the other realtor to shepherd the deal through the complexities of court issues and sellers who lived in other states. He did a great job on this and helped us get the home in the best possible time and terms. Before the sale of our home, he recommended we have a home inspection to surface the few issues that the home might have. He then recommended workmen who were very skilled and reasonably priced to fix those items before we even went to market. For us, his real strength was his marketing skills, he held a two-day open house to sell our home, while providing guidance on how to best stage the property, covered the area with signs and personally walked the neighborhood to invite all the neighbors to the open house. His photographs and presentation of the home on the MLS and internet instilled great interest and resulted in 300 people of the two-day open house. The result was multiple offers, some significantly above our asking price. Brian excelled at managing the offers that were coming in, He then helped us review the offers and sort out what the best one was. After we accepted the best offer, he stayed in the loop, making sure that the escrow was opened correctly, keeping us apprised of questions the buyers had, and walking us through what repairs that they requested. He was always there, guiding us through the whole sale process, and even showed up for the buyers final walkthrough to make sure it went smoothly. Communication is the key in these types of transactions and Brians was fantastic. I could not ask for a better realtor, one who is a real master of what he does.

2/13/2024 Update: Brian helped my wife and I buy another investment property in Lake Forest and he represented both the buyer and seller. We both work full-time, have 2 kids, and are limited in our free time. Having Brian arrange and take care of everything was a tremendous value. He was amazingly organized, thorough, helpful, and fixed problems before they even came up. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is interested in buying or selling their property.

Brian is the absolute BEST at what he does. We have known him personally for a few years and when the time came, we trusted no one else to support us through finding our new home.
