It was an impressive home, and in hindsight would have been a fine purchase. And sure enough, it was off the market within days and sold above listing price. For the homes that I asked him to show me, he provided honest and candid feedback, which is exactly what I wanted. If the home was not in great condition, he would say so. That is someone I want to work with. For the home that I eventually closed on, Brian sacrificed his personal schedule to put in a bid immediately. ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were connected with Brian after we requested a tour of a house through Zillow. We were first time home buyers, and we didn't know anyone who recently bought a house in the area (NW suburbs) where we were looking. We started touring in April of 2022 when the market was still really hot. Brian was happy to accompany us on multiple showings several weekends in a row. He walked us through the process of buying a house, since we had never done it before, and he answered all of our questions. He gave valuable insight on things to look for that show signs of how well a home has been cared for - and whether we might go to great expense to repair or maintain it if we bought it. Maybe the greatest part about working with Brian was his availability and timeliness when it came to submitting an offer and negotiating on tight deadlines. During this crazy home market, sellers would often try to have their house on the market for 4 days or less - Thurs, Fri, Sat and Sunday, before selecting an offer. This would often mean we would see the house on Saturday and then, if we didn't decide by the next day whether we wanted to put in an offer, we might not have the chance at all. Brian was respectful of the time we took to mull things over. He also always seemed to have a good idea what a competitive offer would look like. We put in several offers throughout the process and frequently were told ours was the second or third best offer of four or more. He explained all of the terms used in the standard offer contract so that we knew what we were committing to. He came to our closing and provided recommendations for companies in that area that do work on houses. Overall, we would recommend Brian for your residential property hunting needs!

In the end after almost 2 months of knocking out at least 10 showings a week and writing up 4 offers, he helped us get into our dream home that we cant wait to start a life in.
