The idea of selling our first home, where our three boys spent their formative years, was extremely daunting. I firmly believe that if we hadnt been in such capable hands from the beginning we never would have made it to the finish line. We were first time home buyers so we thought this process was going to be long, dreadful, and overwhelming. When we went into Howard Hanna we were lucky to have gotten Brian as our realtor! He was extremely competent, professional, and courteous throughout the whole duration from start to finish of buying our home. Brian was available to answer my questions and concerns promptly within minutes, no matter the time of day when I either texted, called, or emailed him. Thats dedication! Despite the short time constraint we had on our apartment, and the added trouble of COVID19 in the world, Brian still helped us close on time and on schedule. Even now after closing on our home hes always available and helps us save a lot of money, troubleshooting with things like the water tank, leaks, fence building, anything you name it! He goes above and beyond the call of duty to help his clients. its by far the best experience Ive had in the home buying process, and would definitely have him with us again buying our second home in the future!
