In addition to this, our price range experienced significant changes as the repairs to our former home kept rising. Through all of this over many months, Brian was very patient and adaptable to our changing situation! He showed us so many houses in the area, always knowledgeable about the neighborhood, and thoughtful to point out the potentials, assets, and concerns about each property. At the end of our transaction, his negotiation skills were excellent during the repairs process and title company glitches....he got us through all of that to our advantage with smooth sailing! He was particularly personable and patient. He was very knowledgeable in regards to the history of the house we were viewing, as well as the surrounding areas. He even gave us information on the surrounding neighbors which certainly impacted our decision. He offered to supply a list of contacts, such as plumbers, electricians, etc. if we were to move to the area. Very easy to work with.

Even though Brian was working both sides of this sale, seller and buyer, his integrity and attention to detail, for both parties, resulted in a quick sale for the seller and a below market purchase for us. Brian went above and beyond what most realtor's would consider great service for his client. Although we already had a closing date scheduled, Brain found time in his busy schedule on several occasions to let us into the property to measure for appliances, let our Golden Retriever check out her new fenced backyard and let our landscape guy in to mow.
