ZillowVERIFIED I had a condo that was on the market for 1 year with another agent and I had not gotten any reasonable offers despite lowering the price multiple times. This was very discouraging. I changed agents to work with Bria and she was able to assess what needed to be done to sell the condo. It took a little work and money to make the changes but once on the market, I had a number of showings. Within a week I had 2 offers and a couple days later got asking price. I was so happy. Bria really has an eye for what needs to be done to get a place to sell. She did some nice staging of the condo and online pictures came out looking professional. Only wish I had know about her earlier to list with her a year ago and not waste the time I did with one else. She does an excellent job.
