ZillowVERIFIEDBri was amazing to work with. Moving from out of state is always challenging, but Bri showed us all around town on our first visit. When we sold our house in CO in a day, she lined up properties for us to tour on one days notice. Her experience, responsiveness, kindness, and expertise made our transition seamless. We highly recommend Bri to all!

ZillowVERIFIED Bri is awesome. We were working on an expedited time frame and decided to make things extra confusing during in that short time frame. Bri was able to pivot and make things happen for us in our own unusual way. We couldn't be happier with the way it all played out and we couldn't have put ourselves in this spot without Bri's help. I can't recommend her enough. She's just great!

ZillowVERIFIED Bri is an amazing realtor. She worked very hard to help us sell our home. We live out if state, so it has always been difficult to manage things from so far away. Bri took excellent care of our house and made sure things were ready to go for closing. She was always very responsive to any questions or concerns we had and always had our backs. We always felt like our home was in good hands and that we could trust her to do what needed to be done. Bri went above and beyond and we are very grateful to her and her team for helping us sell our home. I highly recommend Bri and her team!

ZillowVERIFIED I have purchased multiple homes using Laura with Team WyoCity. Having been raised by a well respected commercial broker in a big city I am somewhat picky when it comes to realtors. After my first showing with Laura I knew that I had found our agent. She is one of the hardest working real estate agents I have ever met. She is extremely fast and efficient and above all else she is honest and has impeccable integrity. As an investor time is of the essence and Laura is very fast acting. I have tried to deal with other realtors in the past and have not been impressed. Team WyoCity works as a team so you will not just get one agent but rather a valuable team of agents. Laura, Bri, Jamie and Albin. They all have specialized fields and are truly a rare find. I recommend using them for any and all real estate needs because they are fantastic!

ZillowVERIFIED We were impressed with Albon's professionalism and enthusiasm from our first contact with him. His prompt communication to any of our (many) inquiries was always helpful. He was respectful of our limitations for price and house requirements, and able to skillfully steer us towards a good choice. We bought a new construction home, and Albon researched the developer and also has a useful knowledge of construction (ie: able to reassure us that the work being done was of good quality). Albon and his associate, Bri were very helpful helping us with choosing counters and colors, etc.We would highly recommend both Albon and his team.

ZillowVERIFIED Bri was amazing to work with! She was always willing to show me houses anytime. As I was buying a home alone, I told her I needed her frank and honest opinion on the homes we looked at, and she was. She didn't just want a sale, she wanted me to find a home that fit me and my situation. She is way fun to work with and made an intimidating process fun and exciting. She had better still be around when I go to sell my home and buy a new one should I ever do so.

ZillowVERIFIED Bri was everything I could have asked in a realtor; not only did she listen and retain what was conveyed, she made the house buying process fun (as it can be). She answered all of our questions, and the few she was unsure of, she quickly found for us. She didn't push us into places that were above our means or even our desire. She was available all the time, sometimes working late at night to provide reassurance and guidance. I would recommend Bri to anyone looking for a trustworthy realtor who treats you more than just another number.

ZillowVERIFIED The home we were selling was part of an estate. Additionally, we live 1,000 miles from Casper and had to do the whole process remotely. Bri assisted us not only with the sale, but there was a large amount of renovations that needed to be done as well. She helped us get bids and oversaw these projects in addition to the actual real estate transaction. We could not have had a better partner. She was very proactive, informing us of changes in market conditions, as well as responsive when we had questions or concerns. The whole thing was flawless. We cannot adequately thank her nor more highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Bri went above and beyond to make sure the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home was a success. She provided my husband and I with a great amount of information and gently walked us through the entire process before we ever made a commitment to buy or sale. During our entire experience, I felt that Bri's main concern was my husband and I as her clients; it was never about the bottom dollar. Bri's knowledge, dedication and personality make her one of a kind. I would never buy and sell without her on my side!

ZillowVERIFIED Hank and I are so thankful that we found Bri to help us find our dream home. We found Bri by her open houses and following her on Facebook. What an amazing realtor Bri is. When we first met, we hit it off immediately. After finding out our likes and dislikes and only showing us four houses, she phoned us one Saturday and said aEURoeI think I found your house.aEUR? We met her at the aEURoeFoxaEUR? house and she was exactly right. We fell in love with it and followed up with an offer on the following Monday. She worked so hard in making sure that we were kept apprised of everything going on. Bri went above and beyond her role not only as our agent, but also the sellers agent as well. Unfortunately, the sellers agent dropped the ball several times, but Bri was there to make sure that everything moved forward in a timely manner. In closing, not only did Bri help us find our dream home, but we found a dear friend. Remax is extremely lucky to have her on their team.

ZillowVERIFIED Bri is the best! Bri was extremely professional and friendly at every point of interaction. Bri was always available whenever we had questions. Bri patiently, expertly guided us through the process at every step, even when we hit snags, such as a buyer backing out of the purchase process. Selling our home would have been an extra challenge for any broker because we had built it (as in swinging the hammer, installing the tile, etc.) and it was both filled with beautiful and unusual touches and also had a few quirks to it. Bri was always appreciative of our situation and was personally supportive as we left a home we had labored over for 2 years. Bri brings a powerful mix of professional skills, sunny personality and personal intergrity. She exceeded our expectations at every turn.

ZillowVERIFIED We absolutely loved Bri Martin as our realtor. From day one, she was invested in our situation. She went the extra mile in finding homes that were in our price range, and getting us opportunities to tour through them. As soon as new things popped up, she would immediately let us know about them. When she took us looking for houses, she helped us get to know Casper as well. She is very kind and very personable. After we found the home we wanted, she used her expertise and helped us get through the necessary hoops. She explained things simply and thoroughly so that we never felt in the dark.
