ZillowVERIFIED Words cannot describe how wonderful Bri is. I would say to work with in specific but that would be inaccurate because she is wonderful in so many ways outside of just working with her. Bri has the most gentle and calming presence which made the entire home buying process feel a little less scary, overwhelming, or vulnerable (or maybe easier to be vulnerable). As a first time home buyer (a very anxious and confused one) she provided SO much knowledge and reassurance throughout AND after the whole process. This was my husband and I?s first time buying a home and we were very nervous to begin this process, but Bri calmed all of the nerves right away! She helped find us a better rate with a new lender who was equally as amazing all of this before our offer had even been accepted! After our offer was accepted we received the inspection before the appraisal, she was amazing at negotiating repairs and everything we wanted to get fixed, they agreed to. About a week later we had the appraisal and we received some pretty alarming news, the house was appraised for 16,000 less than the asking price. My husband and I were a mess and clearly thought we had no chance of getting this house that we both loved so much, however Bri never lost hope and got to work right away. We told her to tell them not to worry about any of the repairs because we wanted the house so much, she told us that she had our best interest at heart and to trust her. I can?t tell you how glad I am that we did just that! Yesterday we closed on this house that we absolutely love our first home and because of Bri and her negotiations we were able to get the house at the appraisal amount (16,000 less than asking price) all repairs completed, and $3000 in closing costs! We can not recommend her enough! She was always available, and truly did always have our best interest at heart! When she received the news that the sellers were going to lower the offer she called us in tears!
