We heard about Brett from a friend who would not stop talking about how much this guy knows about real estate and how quickly he could sell our home. They were right. Brett was not only able to sell our house in less than one day, he set the record for our neighborhood of 400 homes to have the highest price per square-footage in the neighborhood now. Brett knows what hes talking about and he will level with you from the very beginning on all of the things you need to do to be able to sell your house in the timeframe you were looking. As long as you listen to him and execute, your house will sell for the price it was listed at. He is very knowledgeable of the market in Hamilton County and surrounding areas. In the most recent hunt, he was instrumental in the coordination of joining three families in our new home. I cannot recommend anyone more strongly than Brett Young for your home buying experience. After living in Louisville for 4 years, my husband and I found out we were moving back to Indianapolis and only had about 1.5 months to find a home. We are first time home buyers so our wish list was long and we had a lot to learn. Brett got us as prepared as we could be beforehand and scheduled all the houses we wanted to see on our short trips to Indy. We started looking and about a month later had a home we loved under contract. Brett worked with our busy, unorthodox schedule and was always available to get us in to showings and answer our questions. He was very knowledgeable about the area, taxes, insurance issues, and every random question we threw at him. Without Brett we would have never been able to get under contract, get the house inspected, and close 2 weeks early. He was a gem and worked extremely well with us and the seller's realtor. We could not be happier and plan to use Brett for anything real estate related in the future. Amazing buying experience and we could not be happier or more comfortable with the entire process.

My house was in a flood plain and on the market while Congress was revising the requirements around flood insurance which caused all sorts of uncertainty. Brett stayed on top of the changes as was able to market our house in the best light. His marketing got us an offer 3 weeks after the house had been on the market. Brett did a great job of protecting my interests while still keeping the deal moving forward. I never had to guess what was going on because he always kept me in the loop.
