Brett is a one stop shop, he has someone for everything whether its mortgage broker, inspector, pest control etc... Selling our rental, Brett was able to have multiple offers on our house the first day it went on the market. He guided us through the whole process and took care of everything so we barely had to lift a finger. Its worth mentioning that all this was during the first 6 weeks of the Covid-19 crisis. We highly recommend Brett and his team!

Once I signed the contract Mr Wren had little to no concern for any questions or issues I had. My garage door was broken during a viewing, he said he would check into it. When I told him I went ahead and had the garage door repaired he said "Oh, was there a problem with it?" I was babysitting my 2 month old grandsonone day after he was released from spending a month in the hospital after he contracted mengioencephalitus, which incuded 2 strokes, seizures, and multiple blood transfusions. Mr. Wren called wanting me to come to his office and sign something. When i explained that i could not take the baby out, could he bring them to me, he suggested i find someone else to watch him. I ended upgoing after the baby left. After the appraisal Mr Wren was telling me of repairs i needed to make. I asked if i could have a copy of it. He said no, thats 30 or 40 pages he would have to print. I told him several times when I was moving to South Carolina. He calls me while I'm on the road driving a penske moving truck, with 3 dogs sharing the seat with me and is shocked and unhappy that I have left before closing. Rants and raves about how I immediately need to find a notary in the city I going to (won't be arriving there for another day). This is still a week before closing, but he insists he needs me to provide him that information that day. I gave him the address I was going to and asked him to find one, and i would go there on my arrival. He told me no, I need to find one even though I was on the road driving. He then calls me 15 minutes later wanting to know if I was aware some one was sleeping in my house. I told him yes, that it was my grandson there to level the a.c. pad, etc. He calls me the next morning and said there was a windstorm and some of my siding had blown off and i needed to get it fixed. I told him since my daughters were going there to do the final cleaning I would have them make sure it's repaired. My daughters went over with their steam cleaner for the floors, cleaning supplies, and tools to repair the siding. They snapped the siding into place. Since it had torn in places they headed to home depot for some epoxy and matching paint to finish the repair. Instead of taking the key they left the side door going out to the fenced in patio unlocked since they would only be gone minutes. They returned to that Mr Wren had been there (still days before closing) and he had locked the house up. Since they knew the strain of driving this large truck with 3 dogs on this 2 day journey, with Mr Wren making these demands of me, they decided to just walk away and not bother me, therefore losing their steam cleaner, cleaning supplies and tools. I could go on, but there's no need. Worst realtor I've come across!
