ZillowVERIFIED Brett was great to work with. I had gotten my inspection report late one night and was looking over it. There was just so much stuff and I started to worry that maybe we had gotten into purchasing a property that really wasn't what we thought it would be. I sent Brett a text first thing in the morning and he meet us at the house after his son's baseball practice. After looking at a house just around the corner that had just been listed, we went back over to the original house and he went step by step over the inspection. A lot of things were just minor things the inspector noted. Brett went over the things he would be concerned about and the things that could be fixed with minimal funds. We ended up purchasing the original house and the boys are loving it there so far. We had made the purchase for our son and some friends that are attending the University. He was able to get us out of the rough area and into a nice neighborhood for not much more money than we had originally wanted to spend. It was a great experience.

Also we had emails sent to us when new houses went on the market with our criteria. He answered his phone 99% of the time, if a call was missed he had quick response time returning the call. If we found a house while driving around we could text him the address and he would get us as much info as possible. He works for you. He works around scheduling conflicts. He felt more like a friend during our long process including two extensions rather than a guy just trying to make money. I would and already have recommend him to friends or family. We were first time home buyers and he would have answers to questions before we would even ask. Great guy.
