Kim And Brett were always avaiable for all our needs. We were buying from out of town and they helped us every step of the way. From showing us houses to closing the deal. Choosing the right realtor is crucial for buying a home and navigating the process. Brett and Kim provide white glove treatment, very knowledgeable about the real-estate market in it's current state and the communication is exactly what one would expect in the home buying process. My wife and I were never left wondering where we were in the process, what was available home wise, or unable to get in touch with Brett and Kim. They spent time upfront discussing expectations, asking lots of questions of us in order to understand what was important to us, and handled buyers that weren't on the same page for what they wanted without missing a step. They were patient and showed us home after home, even when it fell outside of what we said we wanted and they guided us to the home we now have and are in love with. Thank you Brett and Kim for an amazing job and putting up with us. You guys are true professionals without making it feel like a hard process for us.

Brett and Kim were always available and willing to show us any house we wanted to see. They respected our requests, decisions and time. They were patient with us, especially given our long list of desires and very small search area. When it came time for offers and negotiating, they checked in even when they didn't have news just to let us know they were still working on it.
